Return & Exchange Policy
At Indie Rani, each piece is thoughtfully curated with a focus on quality and design. We hope you love what you receive, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.
1) Returns & eligibility
For unstitched articles: Exchange can be done in case the article is damaged and the customer provides parcel opening uncut video of the product on our given whatsapp. Exchange will be done with the same article in same colour. Only if the article is not available, customer will be requested to choose other article. Returns and Refund is not applicable.
For stitched articles: Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
2) How to Request a Return
Email us at indierani.in@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp on 7300096044 with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear images (in case of defect/damage)
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
3) Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued as: Store credit (recommended for faster processing), or Original payment method (if applicable)
4) Reverse Pickup / Shipping
Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on your location. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will need to self-ship the product. A ₹100–₹150 deduction may apply towards return handling.
5) Damaged / Wrong Product
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos. We will arrange a replacement.
6) Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges (subject to availability).
Exchange requests must be placed within 5 days of delivery.
